Arclight was founded by two longtime programmatic practitioners who decided the Swiss market deserved a curator built specifically for it. Together they bring more than four decades of combined experience, and a shared belief that programmatic should be transparent, human curated, and measurably better.

Hannes spent more than a decade inside the engine room of programmatic, building and scaling adtech at Microsoft and AppNexus. He brings deep platform expertise, an operator's discipline, and the rare ability to translate complex media plumbing into something teams can actually use. At Arclight he leads the company as Managing Director.
